What is FanYield fantasy

Published on:

FanYield is a free-to-play fantasy game where users build lineups using player cards. Each week, users compete to create the highest-scoring lineup, with the top performers earning rewards from the Prize Pool.

Understanding Fantasy

The game on the FanYield platform.

You build your fantasy lineups using player cards that you own.

It’s important to strategically select players to maximize your fantasy points based on their real-life performances.

Your lineup must always be locked in.

How to join Fantasy?

Building your lineup

  • Go to the Fantasy section: Log in to your FanYield account and go to the Fantasy section.
  • Choose a fantasy tournament: In the Fantasy section, click on the tournament you want to join.
  • Select players: Choose players from your portfolio and add them to your lineup. Consider their recent performances and upcoming matches to maximize your fantasy points. Each tournament has its own rules — for example, a 2-2-1 formation requires 2 defenders, 2 midfielders, and 1 forward.
  • Submit your lineup: Once you’ve chosen all your players, lock in your lineup.

2. When to lock in your lineup?

Make sure to lock your lineup before the tournament deadline. After locking, changes are no longer possible for that week’s tournament.

3. Weekly competition

  • Weekly contests: Each week, your goal is to build a lineup that scores the most points based on the players’ real-life performances during that week.
  • Scoring: Fantasy points are awarded based on various performance metrics like goals, assists, clean sheets, and many other stats.
  • Leaderboard: During the gameweek, you can track your Squad’s performance and see how you’re doing compared to other users.

4. Winning rewards

  • Top participants: At the end of each competition period, users with the highest-scoring lineups win FanBux rewards.
  • Reward distribution: Prizes are awarded to the top ten lineups.
