• Exploiting the system to gain an unfair advantage

8. Spam & Malware

• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, ads, viruses, or phishing content

9. Security Violations

• Attempting to probe or test the system’s vulnerabilities
• Bypassing any security or authentication measures

10. Intellectual Property Infringement

• Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or commercializing FanYield’s products without permission

11. Commercial Misuse

• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise monetizing FanYield products or data

12. Breaking the Law 

• Using FanYield for illegal activities (e.g., money laundering)

🚨 What Happens If You Break the Rules?

FanYield reserves the right to take action if you violate any of the above rules. This may include:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Blocking access to services
• Legal action, depending on the severity of the violation
