Player Issuance

 Users can get new players by purchasing packs.

Packs

 Packs give users the opportunity to choose their preferred players.

How it works:

1. Getting a Pack

 If you want to unlock new players, you first need to get a pack.

Here’s how:

• Purchase a pack: Go to the Packs section on the FanYield website.
• Buy a pack either with EUR or FanBux.
• After payment, you can open the pack immediately.

2. Making your selections

 Once you have an IPO pack, you can start choosing:

• Each IPO pack gives you a series of choices, where you select one player out of three options.
• Each choice gives you a certain number of cards for the selected player.

3. Service interruptions during pack opening

 If you log out of the app or experience a technical issue while opening packs, here’s what you should know:

• Logging out: When you log back in, you’ll be able to continue with your remaining player selections. You won’t lose your players.
• Guaranteed picks: Once the technical issue is resolved, you’re guaranteed to be able to finish opening your pack.
