FanYield is a sports entertainment platform where sports fans ("User" or "You") can collect professional athlete collectibles, access a fantasy game, trade digital collectibles, and earn prizes. The website provides a marketplace for registered users to acquire, hold, and exchange collectibles (hereinafter, the "Services").

The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of a contract – this data is necessary to comply with the Terms and supplemental conditions you accepted upon registration.
FanYield collects device information, IP address, Browse data, and transactions to ensure the security of the Services and user accounts. In case of suspected fraud, we may request additional information and suspend the transaction if it is not verified.
